They have this posted as far as photography is concerned:

PHOTOGRAPHY IS PERMITTED FROM THE GRANDSTAND AREA FOR NON COMMERCIAL USES ONLY

I would take that means that you can only use it for your on personal use and not be able to put it up on youtube??
If your a non profit organazation putting up videos to try and get more donations, it should exempt you from putting it up. At least that is what I am thinking.
