Subject: Had my old horse put down this morning.

It wasn't an easy decision, but was hard to watch him get up and lay down with sore legs. He was hurting alot.It wouldn't be long before he couldn't get up at all.
A young friend volunteered to come by and take him away and that made it easier, but it wasn't easy.
I lost my last brother last month, eleven months after losing one in May of '07, and I think I dealt with all that as well as I did making this desision, maybe because they were not decided by me to be put down. That made a total of four brothers and three sisters,and I only say that because it's amazing how hard an old horse effects a guy after that much experience.
I know I raise cane about the killer plants, but it ain't in me to send one there anyway.
He's already buried at my son's place.
