In other news, Calgary's CPRA/PRCA sanctioned spring rodeo (Rodeo Royal) is now the Canadian Tour Finale to be held Oct.3-5 2008. Payout is $183,000 and winners get a bye into Calgary's big show in July as well as the CFR (Canadian Finals Rodeo). I take it this rodeo is inside the city limits? If it were out in the county the city council would not have had any jurisdiction over it? Correct or Not??..... Also will be kinda dissappointed that the roughstock riders and barrel racers do not stand up for the other events when the time comes and send a message to the Mayor.
