As Salaamu Alaikoum,

NO one can do Istikhara prayer for you. This is something you do for youself. Also, Istikhara prayer is not magic.. it is just a duaa asking Allah to guide you in making a decision and help you to accept whatever his decree may be. It is NOT a duaa made to make your dreams come true or to change Allahs decree.
