About 5 sentences on stoning were passed recently. What I want to know is the Hadith which rules that a pregnancy can be carried for 4years. This is the argument used mostly now. Allah (S W T ) says in surat AL NOOR(And those who accuse chaste women, and produce not four witnesses, flog them with eighty stripes, and reject their testimony forever, they indeed are the Fâsiqûn (liars, rebellious, disobedient to Allâh)24/4,so it is clear from the Quran that we need 4 witnesses to approve the Zina.
