Allah (S W T ) says in surat AL NOOR(And those who accuse chaste women, and produce not four witnesses, flog them with eighty stripes, and reject their testimony forever, they indeed are the F�siq�n (liars, rebellious, disobedient to All�h)24/4,so it is clear from the Quran that we need 4 witnesses to approve the Zina.
I did not hear about this haseeth you mentioned that a pregnancy can be carried for 4years.
