As Salaamu Alaikoum,

Praise be to Allah.

Allah says, "A divorce is only permissable twice, after that the parties should either hold together on good terms or separate with kindness..." [Quran 2:228]

Unfortunately the law is the law and it doesnt matter how much you say you love someone. Since your husband has declared divorce on you for the second time, there is no other chance. If he declares it on you again then you and he will be divorced and he will not be able to take you back until you marry another man and have sex with him:

"So if a husband divorces his wife irrevocably, he cannot after that remarry her until after she has married another man and he has divorced her..." [Quran 2:230]

We suggest you talk to your husband and let him understand that divorce is not a play thing and he can not undo it when it is done. You two need to control your anger and emotions and try to live together in harmony and keep the Shaytaan from interferring in your home.
