As Salaamu Alaikoum,

Any shoe will make a noise if you wear them and stomp them to the ground when you walk.

The Prophet(saw) forbade women to stamp their feet when they walk so as to get the attention of men [Bukhari and Muslim].

When you walk be careful to not strike your feet hard to the ground to get the attention of others.

Also, do not be strict in practising your religion. The Prophet(saw) has instructed us to not make Islam hard on ourselves and to seek moderation in all things..[Bukhari and Muslim]

If given the choice of two things the Prophet(saw) would always choose the easiest of the two as long as it was not haraam..[Bukhari]

Also, Allah hates and extremist just as much as he hates a hipocrit so seek moderation in practising your religion...
