Praise be to Allah.

I suggest you contact your local Imam and arrange to have a meeting with him to discuss your problems with your husband in hopes that he will be able to sit with him and advise him of his behavior.

All men are supposed to pray their fard salats at the Mosque. This Hadith is Sahih and from Bukhari.

Because of this, it is important especially for those of us who are living in the West, to be near a Mosque. Another reason why this is important is because it allows our children to be closer to other Muslim children.

Again, I encourage you to contact your local Imam. It may be that your husband does not understand the importance of his being near and going to a Masjid, and perhaps once it is explained to him by an Imam he will listen...
