Sister,
Can you please explain extensively why did the prophet Muhammed (PBUH) in sahih Burkari or sahih Muslim told that he forbade writing down the hadeeth and then i see in another hadeeth he (PBUH)said that one of the sihn before the day of judgement is that people will only belive in the qur'an and abandon the Sunnah like the quraniee and in another hadeeth on his last sermo to the people before he past away he said that hold on to the Qur'an and Sunnah.

My question is can you first explain the reason why the Prophet didn't allow the companions to write the hadeeth then aloud them again later on?

I do not know where you think you read that the prophet(saw) forbade the writing of hadiths because this is NOT true. Zaid bin Thabit was the personal scribe of the prophet(saw) and used to record not only many of the prophets sayings and doings but the revelations of the Quran as they came down as well. Also many Sahaba used to write down many of the prophet's (saw) sayings.
Perhaps you misread something...at any rate I can not comment on it unless you provide it here.
