A sweet, child like grin pinned her lips upwards for a few moments, as she soon found herself embraced, cradled into the welcoming warm confines of the queen's arms. She was very, very fortunate to have met such magnificent people, such magnificent royalty.. Well she hadnt had the pleasure of actually spending time with both the king, in which she presumed a very busy man, and Sadie.. a lovely girl.. She had seen the young, very pretty princess go abouts, playing with dolls, but never has she spoken to her. Quite quickly all the precious, happy thoughts flushed down her throat, making her swallow a tad bit to violently, as she slowly pulled away from the comforting embrace.. "..I adore it," it could easily be seen that the once mermaiden, had infact been reminded of many memories, many cherished memories at that. This necklace truly was a treasure.. a lifetime of happiness, it felt.. She felt it rather unfair for Lady Serenity, she had given so much.. but Marie was unable to give anything in return, or so she thought.. until now.. Her thin hands returned to her side as a slender digit slid a small token of appreciation off one of her fingers.. It wasnt at all pretty, except for the ravishing, brilliant stone which stood proudly in the center of a peice of coral, twisted into a round shape.. a ring. The stone in the middle, was a water-ridden pearl. It was rather small, nontheless, very beautiful.. Her hand floated up between the two, palm upright, and the ring, or rather pearl shining in all its glory.. "..You have done so much for not only I, but my child, your grandchild.."
