A halftrack loaded with a crew squad towing an AT Gun at begining of movement phase unloads the crew and AT gun>

An ememy AFV has a clear LOS to the Unloading hex. IF the enemy AFV shoots at the halftrack and destroys it is the crew and AT gun destroyed as well?

Can a Leader add his leadership modifier to the fire of a squad in the advance fire phase if he did not move with the squad during the movement phase but moved into the same hex as the firing squad who also moved in the movement phase?

And last but not least can a squad fire a support weapon being unloaded from a halftrack with 4 or more portage points?

Thanks for any help u can give on this issue.
