Subject: Religion on "The X-Files"

Since this is Holy Week, I thought we could try to come up with various times religious beliefs have been integral to the plot (or at least been mentioned) in XF eps. One of the things I've always liked about XF is that it treats the religious convictions of its characters more seriously than most TV shows do.
Here are a couple to start us out, but I know there are a lot more:
1.) In "Conduit" Mulder sits alone in a church, crying (praying??) over a picture of Samantha
2.) In "Revelation" Scully goes to talk to a priest about what she's witnessed in the episode and how it's effected her own faith.
