One wonders if Scully's motivation for stripping Mulder down to his boxer-briefs was *solely* medicinal in nature??
I'd forgotten about "Biogenesis". I think that just proves my point. When he was in his bed while Fowl Thing was in his apartment, he didn't sleep naked. When he was in his bed and *Scully* was in his apartment, he did!
I suppose we'll never know exactly what happned in Jose Chung, as that was the episode where everybody had a different version of the events.
