Fanfic faves?

This kind of goes along with a discussion Detoured and I are having on the General Discussion board, but I'm just wondering what types of fanfics people like or don't like.
Detoured and I both mentioned that we hate those "character death" fanfics where either Mulder or Scully dies. I also mentioned that I hate fanfics where either member of our dynamic duo is revealed to have a child he/she either didn't know about or never told his/her partner about. And, being a shipper, I naturally hate fanfics where Mulder or Scully is "involved" with some else!
What I like. . .MSR fanfics, of course!! Even within the broad category of MSR, there are particular elements I enjoy in stories. My very favorites are ones where Mulder and Scully are married, or at least in which a marriage proposal is included, but those are kind of hard to come by. So I'm happy if they at least just tell each other "I love you" or make some sort of comment about being together forever, or something of that nature. And I will admit (blushing furiously; we really need a "blushing smiley" for these sorts of posts) that I tend to prefer Strong R or NC-17 stories over the PG-rated ones, although I have read some very nice "mild" MSR fanfics.
I also enjoy Skinnerfics, as long as they don't have him "involved" with Scully. I like crossovers, humorous stories and stories where Mulder and Scully interact with children; none of these particularly have to be MSR for me to enjoy them, as long as they're not anti-shipper. . .that is, they don't have M or S involved with/attracted to (other than in the very mild sense of thinking someone is good-looking, maybe) anyone else.
