Comic book matchups

While on our vacation (more details of that on the General Discussion Board, if anybody cares) my younger daughter began talking about a show we used to watch that had "Big Moose" in it. I presume most people are familiar with Moose, who is one of the character in the Archie series of comic books. I asked if she meant Archie cartoons, but she said "No, it was real people and nobody else from Archie was in it, only Moose and some other men".
After a long, frustrating two-state-spanning discussion, we finally figured out that when she said "Big Moose" she meant *Jimmy* from "The Lone Gunmen". And, I have to admit, the similarities are amazing; both Moose and Jimmy are big, dumb, good-looking blond athletes. So I thought maybe we could see how many other match-ups we could make between XF/TLG characters and the characters from Archie. If Jimmy is Moose, than Yves is obviously his "gurl" Midge. And Frohike sort of reminds me of Dilton Doiley, the short, super-smart kid from the Archie comics. But how about everybody else??
