They want you to spam people. This is why they mention needing a computer, because they want you to send bulk, unsolicited emails to thousands of people to advertise a product like viagra, university diplomas, cell phone antennas, etc... After you do this, your internet provider will receive tonnes of complaints and you will lose your internet account, and probably won't see any real money out of it.

If you ever meet one of those pricks, punch them in the mouth for me.
