Her gaze flickering quickly towards the green as she overheard the mentally spoken words Hollis' gaze returned to the rider only as she begun moving forwards.
Watching the other girl move forwards Hollis kept her gaze on her, her expression remaining absent from her face, until at length, having listened to the other girls wods without comment she nodded her head, as if accepting the other girls introduction, her hand caressing Sunitie's cheek, as if drawing some reasurance from it.

At the girl's question about her presence at the Weyr Lake Hollis blinked once before nodding her head slowly, it felt rude not to answer the girl when she was being spoken to so directly, yet over the previous turns she'd grown used to merely nodding or inclining her head in responce to people, it was easier somehow. Socialising, not a strong aspect of her life in recent turns, again, hense her early morning visits to the Weyr Lake, rather then waiting until later in the day... fewer people... normally none. Yet, it was her fault today that she was still here, no-one else had caused her to get lost in her thoughts and lose track of the passing time. Only herself.
