Hi David,

I understand your concerns. I am a married 30-something doc myself. My wife and I have three beautiful daughters together. However I have also been a natural sperm donor for a few women on the side. I am very discrete as I certainly do not wish to hurt my wife as I love her very much.

My advice to you is to try to become more pro-active. Go to your jcc and get involved if you are not already so. Build friendships up and you never know what can happen. In life I always hang in there and try to be patient. I have found that however I am helping people, be it through donating to a woman in need or just helping people as we go through this journey called life is reward in itself.
