Donna,
You still have a few good years of looking for a donor that could meet most of the requirements you're asking for. Over the years that I have been posting, I've seen donors from all over come and go so if you were to post every couple of months then you may find someone.
Its a fact that there aren't many donors from all the boards combined on the net and even with them, you have to weed out the fakes and all the other posers but it takes time and unfortunately the timewasters destroy the hopes and dreams of many.
We've all, donors and recipients alike, have run into these timewasters and fakes but we continue to post to try and find that one person that we can help give or receive a child from.
So all I can say is don't stop completely, post every so often and you may find the donor you're looking for.
Paul
