Subject: cows milk

In the past few years, I have only had cows milk on my cereal when I have had no soy milk. I'm at work, and I walked to the cafeteria to eat...I bring some food, but on a 10-hour shift, you can only bring so much. After shivering at the selection of scrambled eggs, bicuits, gravy, and various processed pork options...I decided upon cereal and bought some skim milk. I just used enough to make my cereal wet. Well, I have over 1/2 a container left, and I thought I'd drink it for the extra calcium since I am likely osteopenic (we'll find out after my DEXA scan on mon)...well, I got one sip and it was so repulsive..ugh...I can't get "cancer cocktail" out of my mind and all of the microorganisms swimming in it (nice run-on sentence). For the record, I do consume yogurt these days and still have a weakness for cheese, but there is just something about milk.
