Em, I also did a track workout yesterday. Probably the first one since I quit running on the team. One of the girls I have been running with wanted to do one, so I reluctantly said ok. Oh man, I was not prepared for the "burn" that has eluded me for so long. What was supposed to be 800 repeats turned in to 500 repeats, but oh well. I finished it. I am not even going to post my time on here in hopes of some self preservation. :)
