Subject: Christmas Angel Tears

Upon a Christmas day
I saw a crying angel
Standing in front of the Christ child
His beauty radiated love to all
and yet the angel tears continued

One day the Angel said
He will grow and heal the sick
He will heal the souls of the sad
Many will come to hear his words
and dark world he came to save

Why then the tears I asked
Because they will torture him the angel said
they will use his love against him
Crown him with thorns and nail him to a cross
Make him suffer terrible pain and fathers loss

But then he will rise again the angels face shined
He will defeat all sin and woe
His power as king will increase twofold
and he will be as he was..King of Everything
But for now I cry Joy to tears

For one day soon for this sad world
My beautiful master will die
So for him the suffering and pain I perceive
I and my fellow Angels will cry
