Love Planted Worded Seeds

I recall when I began writing
Once upon a time
While pouring out emotions
Expressing in rhyme

Poems watered by the tears
Till they see the light
I allow my emotions to flow
As I continue to write

With hope here in my heart
Upon each new day
I have patiently persevered
Each step of the way

Love planted worded seeds
To spread and grow
Hoping poetry buds blossom
With everlasting glow
