Good morning Gregg,
I got a kick outta your post :o) You have a good sense of humor Gregg! That's what it takes to be successful though. You got it right when you said "Never give up" and "Never surrender". However you do need to be good to yourself and schedule relaxing breaks. Have a little snack and a swig of coffee or soda. That always helps you from working yourself up into a frenzy because that can happen. Take your time and slow down. It seems like it's an unwritten law that someone or some God made that says "Ya gotta pay ya dues first" before good things happen on a fairly consistant basis.
You're doing everything right Gregg so just keep on keeping on and be sure you do your research and more research and it WILL pay off. It has for me. Take care out there and here's wishing you the very best. Don't lose that really great sense of humor.
