Howdy All,

I have a GP Extreme and with it's big coils it has a clear edge on the Infinium on large nuggets at depth. The GP also gets slightly smaller gold, but that is less an issue as I would use a VLF to chase small gold anyway.

That said I'm very happy with my Infinium. Lots of bang for the buck... mine has paid for itself, which is easier to do when you lay out fewer bucks to start with. I am happy with my use of it nugget detecting, water hunting, and even a little coin detecting. It is a PI, however, and so not for everyone.

Just got the latest dealer newsletter. Coil prototype testing is finally underway and possible availability of accessory coils in the 2nd Quarter (April-June).

Glad to hear you like your Infinium, Jim!

Steve Herschbach
