Subject: Hey Jim Mc., how's the MXT Depth test going?

I read Jim Straights question to you earlier in the month and was wondering if you've had a chance to test it (hopefully on the Rand slopes)?

I'm kinda overwhelmed at this point between the X-5 with it's ability to give a positive ID on a nugget when it's underneath a nail, the MXT with it's very usefull display of conductivity, Ferrous percentage and black sand phase numbers. Kinda like having a conductivity meter and magnetometer in one package for a very low price compared to the cost of Geological equipment these days. And of course the new Garrett Infintium L/S. I'll probably end up doing what Jim Straight does and buy em all (seriously).

Thanks in advance for your help Jim and I know others on this forum will be delighted to hear your results. Also, what the heck is the frequency of the MXT???
