Sweetie, I apologize for not responding to your post sooner. I think you know how greatly your thoughts are appreciated, but if not, please know they are. I'm not sure many meds ever really "kicked in" with the lion. I never knew anyone who could fall asleep at 5 a.m., have the phone ring at 7 a.m., and discuss business like he'd been awake for 2 hours. He was conducting business on the phone only a day before he died and God only knows how many meds he was taking for this and that at the time. But I'm glad he was a support to you when you needed it and believe it or not, he needed yours that night also. Thank you for being there for him, Kari.
