As you should know by now, dear lion, I am usually quite purposeful in what I say and do. There has been much research on journalling as therapy. This research also includes studies done by medical professionals who have studied the effects of journal writing on the body. They have discovered that even those who have cancer and other such horrific diseases, live longer and are physically healthier than their counterparts who do not keep journals.

This morning I sat down and found quite a large number of websites that back up my theory on the subject. As there were too many to sit here and title them all so as to make the links clickable, you may have to copy and paste the urls into your browser.

These last 3 were in .doc or .pdf format and considering the slow speed of my computer when bringing up files in those formats, I elected to read them in html format.
