Subject: One shot of insuline a day and a good diet

Well I am taking one insuline shot a day and find that I can give them to myself without problem. I am losing weight and it seems being a diabetic is after all in a strang way a good thing. It has made me look at myself more seriously and see that being depressed and eating five jumbo chocolate bars in one sitting is a NO_NO. All is finally settling down in my house and I send best wishs to all for a glorious Spring. Be well I will be my old evil self soon and will concote a Founsation story for all of you.
