Subject: I agree that it needs to be more equitable across the different regions. Top 3 for the first 10 and then 1 for every 10 (or part of ten) would limit the 'qualified just by dancing' while still increasing the qualifiers in the very large regions. Or Maybe Australia needs fewer regions? Amalgamate WA with SA/NT and then Qld/NSW/ACT/Vic/Tas.
