Subject: Itinerant worker

Hello, My partner and I are fully aquainted with court rulings on itinerant worker status in regard to travel and accomodation. Two money earners: 1 Outback town lectures (psychology and education) and 2 Locum work for say three months a year. In regard to 1, itinerant status is clear. In regard to 2, there is a problem as it is not itenerant under the rulings. Question: If we form a company, such as "(something or other)Locum Service" can the company claim travel and accommodation while we are traveling to and occupying a locum position? Thanks David
