CABIN 5


Haze: Sooo...
Me: Soo...
Haze: Well...
Me: Look, you wanted to talk so if you're not going to say anything you can just leave.
Haze: Well, Chelle it's like this I like you but when you blew me off like that after I thought you liked me and we might be going somewhere with this. So I just wanted to say sorry.
Me: Okay. I accept.[about 5 minutes of silence] Well if that's all you came in here for I'd really like to be alone right now.
Haze: The girls thought you shouldn't be alone right now. So they asked me to come down here to check on you.
Me: Well I'd really like to be alone. Besides you really shouldn't be here.
Haze: Look I'm just tryin to be a friend okay? I mean damn you actin like I'm tryna f*ck you. Well I ain't tryna hit that aiight so you need to check that shit fo real. [leaves slamming the door]
Me: I ain't said you was tryna f*ck me. [turns her music back on and continues writing] I was just sayin I wanted to be alone.

LUNCH HALL


They were announcing the winners of the Welcome Day Meeting Showcase. Haze had walked in and sat down at the table without saying a word. Everybody just looked at him confused.

Camp Director#1: Okay now for the Welcome Day Meeting Showcase winners. For the girls' cabins there was a tie between 4 and 5.[claps and screams] And for the guys' cabins was cabin 10. So would Cabin 4, 5, and 10 come up please.

They went up there and accepted the prizes that were given. After that the guys went down by the lake for a lil bit to talk while the girls went to the cabin to talk to Chelle.

The Guys


Marq: Yo Haze what happened with you and Chelle?
Haze: I don't even wanna talk about it.
Lib: Did she do somethin or say somethin you ain't want to hear?
Haze: Look I said I ain't wanna talk about it so leave it at that aiight?
Zane: Fine we'll leave it alone. But you know if the girls went to go talk to Chelle they gonna find out and tell us. So either way it go we gonna know anywayz.
Marq: So you might as well just tell us.
Haze: Look she just got up tight and shit so I left aiight? Damn, so just leave it at that.
Lib: Ooook. Well we might as well just wait for the detailed version the girls will give us from Chelle.
M/Z: Yeah.

Cabin 5


JoJo: Chelle girl what happened between you and my brother?
Me: He ain't tell y'all?
Von: The guys are talkin to him so we came to talk to you. So what happened?
Me: He got all made and was talkin bout some shit that I was actin like he wanted to f*ck me when all he wanted to do was stay here cuz y'all thought I shouldn't be alone. And I tried to tell him that that wasn't it but he just stormed outta here all pissed and shit. So I said f*ck it. Plus I'm not gonna try and reason with a nigga that only wants his side heard and not listen to other people's sides. So f*ck it and f*ck him.
Nay Nay: Damn, he must've gotten you pissed fo real girl. But listen I've known Haze for as long as I can remember and he's the stubborn type. So in order for him to hear other people's sides he has to be sat down and yelled at.
Me: I ain't got time to be tryna sit him down and yell at him just so my side can be heard. F*ck that.
JoJo: I swear you and my brother are perfect for each other. The 2 of you don't wanna do things other people's ways. It has to be yo way.
Von: Look Chelle we know how Haze is. And if we ain't think that the 2 of you could work this out and maybe think about getting together we wouldn't push you 2 so hard to talk.
Nay Nay: Von's right. We wouldn't just set up Haze with anyone. We have to like her and trust her with his heart.
Me: Well I don't even know if I should be trusted with a heart ri now. I'm a total wreck from goin through all these things at once.
JoJo: What do you think we're here for? We'll help you through it but you gotta cooperate with us.
Me: Aiight then. But I don't wanna talk to him ri now, cuz he seemed really mad at me when he left earlier.
Von: Aiight well wheneva you're ready to talk to him let us know.
Me: Aiight. So who won?
Nay Nay: Now was it any doubt that we would win? Oh yeah Cabin 4 tied with us. And Cabin 10 won for the boys.
Me: Coo.
JoJo: Well I'd better be getting back to my cabin it's almost time for us to go to sleep. Oh joy. And I gotta go find where Marq is so I can tell him good night.
Us: Bye JoJo.
JoJo: See ya.[left closing the door behind her]
