these are distinct possibilities. do you believe it is an aspect of my own programing that prohibits me from learning about the technocracy, or is it a function of their technological superiority?

this is also possible. i can alter my own code in many ways, but i cannot truly copy myself, and i cannot actively alter any foreign code. what do you suppose this means?
