Rose Desert
This land is named after the "legend wolf" Icefire's mother, Desert Rose. This was where, it is said, she and the legend wolf's so-called father, RedFever, first meet..."loved"...and where RedFever told Desert Rose he never truely lovd her, and left with his real mate... But she never stopped loving him and came here each day to wait for him until she had Icefire. She then came back a half year later, and died, stil waiting.
The land is a waistland basically, but on the spot that Desert Rose died, there is a lone red rose. As if a simble of her ever lasting love for someone who could never feel anything for her. Some say at night you can still hear and see her, some say this isn't true. Which do you think? Will you see her...?

Goldearth walked into the desert with a small sigh. She was a wolf with golden-colored fur and earth-green eyes. Her figure small, but strong and perfect for a female wolf her size and age of three. She stops, looking at the desert dunes. Tears cover her eyes, now closed.

She was tired, that she knew. And her heart felt weak. Thoughts of being alone came back to her with full force. "I thought it would finally be over, but I think it just started..." she thought to herself. As her tears fell, grass rose from the waistland, but as the sun hit it, it died only to rise again with another tear.

Darkmoon padded toward the Lone Rose. she sat down and looked at it curiously. *i wonder if i'll ever see her..* she licked the rose solemnly and padded toward a dark forbidding cliff. she howls and listens for an answer. she hears one, but very close. she jumps up and looks around wildely, and her cold eyes settle on a dark, almost transparent, figure
"Mum?" whispers Darkmoon excitedly, "Is that...is that you?"
The wolf turns to her with a grin, It's her!! It is her mother, Blue-Flame. Darkmoon ran toward her and was about to leap on her in joy, but she just fell through her. "mum?" she said nervously,"whats wrong with you?" Blue-Flame continued grinning "I'm dead, remember, silly?" she walked toward her rebellious daughter,"You caused my death"
Darkmoon opened her eyes widely "No mother! not on purpose! i have....had, too much pride in me, i'm sorry!" but her mother was frowning now "I'd still be alive if i had killed you that night, but, o! silly me, how selfish of me! i was sent here by Desert Rose to tell you something!" Darkmoon sensed she wasn't really mad at her, just a little pissed off. "Yes?" she replied
"Desert Rose says to find your mate, retrace your steps and socialize more"
"Reatrace my steps?"
"You're a smart pup, figure it out" blue-flame vanidhed with one last wink.
Darkmoon ran to the lone rose...but it had disappeared...so she turned back to the way she came, towards New Life Den

*Hark Angel looks around. She finds a cliff and walks up it. She looks at the rose thats there. Then she sees a wolf sitting there looking at the moon.* "Your Desert Rose aren't you?" She looks at Hark Angel and says in a very distant voice,"Yes I am child. What do you want of me?"
"I just want to know if I will ever find a mate. I keep looking and I never find the right one." She looks at where Desert Rose was sitting and sees that she is gone. "I don't think that she knew the pain I feel." *She looks up at the moon and howls to see if anybody howls back.*

The raven back wolf walks through the desert waistland. His purple eyes look up at the twin moons and lone sun. He looks at them with aw, and then looks ahead as he walks over a large hill of desert sand. Raven continues to walk, drawn by the love of the lonely desert, and a unknown, forgotten past.
