Well Guillermo my name is Celina and I am all for the Dream Act....I am also an immigrant student at the University of Houston and ,thank God, I pay exactly what any other US citizen would pay because I've been living here for a while....but I know how hard it can get and I am trying to do everything possible to help this bill, which has been reintroduced, to pass. Being illegal is such a hard thing but this country has the responsibility of giving us back everything we've given to it. Let's just hope everything goes well.
Sincerely
Celina
