Wow, how wonderful.After the damage done by Hurricane Charley, nice to see the world helping out Charlotte County. My brother-in-law works for DeSoto Sun-Herald, and I am truly amazed at how fast and wonderful the help has been to our friends and families in Punta Gorda, Port Charlotte, And Arcadia...I was at the '69 PLUS Reunion in July 2004, and then to see MY home town turned upside down like this in the span of a few hours just a month later...IT was supposed to hit here in Tampa Bay area, not there. WE were prepared!!! (AS IF that is REALLY possible! and YOU were not!) I thank God for my family making it through, and hope to hear from my friends and their families soon...love you guys, you are our past...and we are SO happy to know you are still there...
Let us know IF there is anything we can do for you!!! Can anyone let me know if my old house at 75 West Virginia Ave. made it through the hurricane? Thanks...
