If you are excercising regularly, 1200 calories a day could very well be TOO LITTLE. My guess is your body is in starvation mode, hanging on to every last calorie that passes your lips. I bet I know exactly what a weight watchers councilor would tell you -- YOU NEED TO EAT MORE.

Eating more to lose weight -- sounds nuts, but it really can help. Not a lot more, but a couple hundred more calories could make a big difference. I don't know how much you weigh right now, but if you weigh between 150 and 175, Weight Watchers plan allows you up to 1350 a day (roughly -- they don't actually count calories, but have this points system that factors in fiber and fat as well). And that 1350 is not counting a lot of exercise; if you exercise a lot you get more points (calories).

Also, are you eating the same things all the time? If you aren't varying your diet, your body could have grown accustomed to what you are eating, again hanging on to extra calories. Are you eating enough protein? The insulin crashes from eating too many carbs without enough protein can also throw your body into starvation mode.

I hope some of this helps!
