Subject: Thoughtful Thursday

So I was just discussing with HD how difficult I find it to keep my calories down to 1200 a day. Anyone else having this problem? I'm pretty much going to have to up it to 1300 if I want to eat anything other than steamed veggies and water.

The trouble is, I've already lost so much that my metabolism is totally screwed up, so I keep having to up my exercise level and lower my calorie level - pretty soon I'll eat a cracker every day and run 20 miles! :o)
