Subject: fund raisers

A couple of weeks ago my child brought home a $26.00 software package from school. It sure did put a lot of unnecessary pressure on me to buy something I was not in the market for and a lot of disappointment for my son when I had to say no. To make matters worse, my neighbor told me that her child's teacher cut the price to $10.00 for the whole package. Funny, I thought my child was attending public elementary school to get an education, not a clearance sale for hard to sell school fund raiser merchandise.
