Yes, the litter on Pasir Panjang...a crying shame. It is us, the visitors, who should set the example and be more responsible. When we see a plastic bottle or some form of litter nearby, would we want to pick them up ourselves and dispose the proper way? We can do that you know. We dont have to be mere observers and whine about it. If all of us do that wouldn't it be good?

Well, again, to most people, its always about Pasir Panjang and the imperative for keeping it preserved and pristine. What about the villages and other parts of the island? What about the Marine Park even? I believe some of us may just cry our eyeballs out after seeing how they have been living amidst so unkempt an environment - for decades.

Lets go further afield in Redang. It is a beautiful place, warts and all.

ya, couldn't be more agree with Aziz's idea of help to
pick up those rubbish instead of "deploying" a
beach-patrol-troop, fine those who little or maybe publicly
humiliate those who litter,,, let's make this wonderful
paradise as another "FINE" island :)
as usual, for those who growth up in full-CONTROL world,
what is better than CONTROL CONTROL CONTROL!!!
Freedom? only when the Big Brother tell you what is cover
under that clause :P
no heart feeling ok, this is a FREE World with Freedom to
speak, as long as no HARSH words involve :))
(Oppp~~~ hopefully my msg will not cause Alex's database
crash and data lose again :P )
