Subject: Is my Siberian Husky in labor

Is it possible that my husky is in labor?

Her belly gets tight then loose. About how much longer until she has her puppys?

Hi, I have a boxer bulldog. She is pregnant, and I think she is in labor but, I'm not sure. She is passing some bloody water and how much longer will it be before, she starts pushing out puppies? Is this labor or what? And, Can a dog have a litter of puppies and all the puppies have different daddies. Thanks!

Yes there is false pregnancies in dogs. My dog ski is a black and white pitbull . She has had signs of pregnancy it has been about seven weeks after her last heat and is swollen around the vulva and is leaking (lactating milk) also had some unusual discharge. I to had great concerns. she is now going through a false pregnancy. My vet suggested to wait til breast swelling has subsided and have her spayed right away. Allowing her to have a litter would be very dangerous to her as well as the pups. He does not recommend breeding.

hi, im ashley and im 15. i have a dog she is a pomeranian / chihauhau mix. she is very smart. i put her before almost every one. she is three years old and every year she has produced milk but she has never been around male dogs therefore she cannot be pregnant. i looked up on the internet why it happens and it said its from her horomones. but it said an advantage for that to not be happening again is to get her spayed, im against that because i dont want to hurt her shes my best friend, im going to try to find her a mate( shes small and where i live its hard to find a small dog her size) and see if she can have puppies they are all hers too.

My Pit Bull, Hemi Has always had very large nipples but we know 100% she has never had a litter. I Noticed Yesterday That her lower stomach area looks a little bigger and while rubbing her belly a white liquid came out of at least 8 of her 14 nipples. I know that Humans have pre-milk during pregnancy but is this a sign that she may be pregnant?

I think my boxer is a couple of weeks pregnant. We had to go out of town for several days, and the neighbor watching her called to say that she had breed with another dog accidentally.
Yesterday she seemed to be licking her rear a lot. This morning I let her out and saw what appeared to be a clot? It was dark, black looking and she cleaned it up quickly � I have not seen anything else, but am wondering if she is miscarrying or if this is normal? Thanks

I have a Shitzy Her name is princess she is 2 years old. On sunday she had a puppy. I thought she would have at least 3. I took her to the emergency clinic for xrays to make sure she did not have more puppies. She didn't. I am a little worried because princess is not eating. She is drinking alot of water I bought her some puppy food. She also seems nervous and shakes alot. She is a good mother she stays with the puppy at all times. My 3 year old boxer is in heat. The other day a stray dog came into our yard because someone left the gate open. I've seen that after copulating, dogs remain stuck for about 20 to 30 minutes. This stray dog was only in our yard for about 15 minutes or less and I'm not sure if it got a chance to copulate with my boxer. My question is: Could it have impregnated my dog in just a few minutes?

What is the date that the dog has breeded? From that date count 62/63 days and your dog will go into labor. I currently have a blackmouth Cur mixed with Pit Bull who is in labor at this very moment. A friend of mine gave me an awesome idea. If your dog is like a member of your family and you would prefer her to have her puppys in the comfort of your home get a kiddie swimming pool and place a thick blanket in it to make her more comfortable.

HI my dogs been in heat for 2 weeks and now here nipples are getting big and a little saggy. shes only a year old now. I'm afraid she could have gotten pregnant by accident. We've been keeping her inside but sometimes we let her out for a little bit. I don't know how to tell if she's pregnant. if you have any advice please let me know!

hi, i am having the same problem. My female rottwieler (3 yrs.old) was just recently in heat. We also have a male dog who is 10yrs. old. Now her nipples are hanging, and she has been very protective of herself. She has also been acting lazy(like laying down for long periods of time. We have tried to feel for puppies, but we couldn't feel anything.We did call the vet and they had said that she could be experiencing a FALSE pregnancy, and the swelling should go down in a week. I wonder if she is REALLY pregnant or if she is just having a FALSE pregnancy???????
