Are there any laws or are we just stuck in this trap? I don't mind working overtime here and there, but NOT on a constant basis 10-14 hours a week!! Do I REALLY have to ask permission to not work this overtime?? As of today, I have to get approval not to do overtime!? Does this make sense to anybody??
