Subject: How do I file a complaint on verbal abuse on the job?

0710 on the morning of 08/19/02, I was asked by my lead RN if I had been calling the operating room to inform them of the patients that were ready for surgery. I replied that not all of the nurses were telling me that their patients were ready. She stated that I could look in the rack to see if the patients were ready. Moments later, she ask if she could speak yo me. I said sure. We went into a room and left the door open. She begain to point her finger in my face and scream " The next time I ask/tell you to do something, don't you dare talk back to me! I don't like your attitude" I told her I didn't have a attitude. She then stated "You don't now, but who's to say that you won't have one later on today or tomorrow" I asked her not to yell at me because I was not a child, but she continue to yellat me. She then told me to get out because she didn't want to talk to me about it any more. This is not the first time she's done this to me and other co-workers. I wrote a letter to our department Manager and also had it signed by a co-worker who witnessed the incident. What do I do next?
