I suffer from depression and anxiety and am currently under medication.

The other secretary is always belittling me. She says she hates working around psychos, that I need an extreme makeover and that working at the office is like working at Bergen Regional (a hospital for mentally disturbed).

I am a very quiet person but it has gotten to a point where we have argued and I have walked out of the job on three occassion because of her. On one of the occasions I went to my psychiatrist crying because of her verbal abuse and her laughing at me and was put on temporary disability but then returned to work.

My boss and the other partner knows about the situation.

My boss sometimes says that I probably drool on my computer, calls me missy and skippy. When I go to the bathroom he starts looking for me and have asked me a couple of times you go to the bathroom on my time? He would start deducting. I told him to do this in writing.

We cannot go out for lunch. I go downstairs to buy my lunch, eat at my desk and continue working. In other words, I cannot sit at a restaurant to eat. I can eat only at the office.

What should I do? Should I file a complaint and if so, where?
