~Everything was working just like it was supposed to... so far. Vowing silently to break every bone in Mark's body before cutting him up into little pieces, joint by joint should he reveal Satine, the King of Thieves then raises his hands above his head, calling for silence, and silence was given. Smirking inwardly, he pulls himself away from the knot of thieves surrounding him, motioning with his hands for them to draw back, and they do, but only to stand or sit in a tight circle around the clearing. There was no escape... not yet at any rate. Taking a deep breath as he felt the intense heat of someone staring at him, their eyes boring into his back (most likely Mark), he then cleared his throat before speaking.~

"Fellow thieves... noble brothers..."

~This remark brought a wave of chuckles from those present and a few of them turned to themselves to comment on how the 'king', good ol' Lu, always gave the best of speeches. Waiting for a few moments, Roluef then clears his throat once more, calling the gathering to order before continueing.~

"... I can you all here tonight for pressing matters. It has been long since we have last met..."

~That's your cue, darling. Giving a brief pause, just long enough for Satine to jump in, Roluef then parts his lips again as though he is about to start speaking, for if she misses the signal, then of course, he'll have to....~
