~*Afta Practice I was on my way ova to the gyrl's locker room when I heard a guy callin' my name,I turned around & to my surprise it was Jarell.*~
Me:Jarell,what you doin' here?
Jarell:I go here.
Me:Forreal?
Jarell:Yeah,I'm a junior.
Me:oh,Coo,I'm a freshman.
Jarell:So you on the gyrl's basketball team?
Me:Yeah.
Jarell:Coo,I'm on the boyz b-ball team.

*I waved to him as he walked away then I went to the lockeroom to change,when I was changed I grabbed my stuff & headed from the locker room I was walkin' when Ashonda came walkin' up to me*
Ashonda:I don't appreciate you tryna talk to my man like that!
Me:What the F*ck is you talkin' bout?!
Ashonda:You know who I'm talkin' bout,you givin' Jarell yo number!
Me:Apparently he ain't yo man if he took it!

**Ashonda walked away,I just laughed to myself,this b*tch was crazy if she actually thought I was scared of her hoe azz,when I got home I heard the phone ringin' just as I walked into the house,I hurried to anwer it.**

**Me & Jarell chatted it up for about 2 hrs.,he was real coo,we had so much in common.I was excited about our date on Friday but at the same time nervous.I had neva been on a date wit a guy before,I mean I had madd niggaz sweatin' me,but I neva really gave any of them a chance & plus Carlos thinks I'm too young for a boyfriend.I hope I'll be able to convince him into lettin' me go out wit Jarell on Friday.**
**The next day @ school wit Me & Dee**
Me:come wit me to the mall afta school today k?
Dionna:Aight,but for what?
Me:I need you to help me pick out an outfit for my date this Friday.
Dionna:Your date?wit who?
Me:Jarell.
Dionna:Gyrl you & Jarell! I knew u liked that boy!
Me(sarcastically):Damn just tell everybody!
Dionna:Oh my bad gyrl.
Me:Meet me by my locker afta school today aight?
Dionna:Aight gyrl.

Dionna(walkin' up to my locker)You ready?
Me:Yeah,lets go.
**Me & Dionna headed for the subway station,then caught the Subway to the mall**

Dionna:Here try this on,& this & this oh & this too gyrl.(hands me a bunch of clothes)
Me:Damn gyrl,you got me tryin' on the whole store,shit.
Dionna:Just go in there & try this stuff on.
*I took the big armful of clothes in the dressin' room wit me & start tryin' on outfits,I must've tried on about 100 outfits before we finally picked one*
**Talkin' through the dressing room door**
Me:I swear this is the last damn outfit I'm tryin' on.*comes out the dressin' room*
Dionna:Awww gyrl,you look so cute!
**I was wearing a really short-tight fittin' light-yellow Lady Eynce dress,that had one strap that went across my left shoulder & said "Lady Eynce" Across The front in dark yellow rinestones.**
Dionna:I Think we found your outfit now.
Me:Finally.
Dionna:Ok,now for shoes.
Me:Aight,but I'm lettin' you know now,I'm not wearin' open-toes or heels.
Dionna(smacks lips)Whateva.
**I ended up gettin some White/light-yellow puma slide-ins that matched my outfit perfectly**
**Wit Me & Dionna waitin' for the subway**
Dionna:So call me friday nite & I'll come ova to help u wit your hair & make-up.
Me:Aight.
**When the subway finally came me & Dee hopped on & headed home.when I reached my building,I headed up to our apartment & I opened the door.I looked in the living room & found Carlos chillin' wit Shadd(the sexy azz fella I had met the otha nite) and 3 otha guyz,I quietly headed up the stairs to my room not sayin' a word so that I wouldn't interupt them.**
