Good idea, and gotta help.
The only problems I have with it are personal, and that it is (IMO) overpriced.
I've been running a similar limiter for some time now.
The intake deposits are noticeably less and it did eliminate the annoying hesitation or surge that is felt at highway speeds when the PCM tests the function of the EGR system.
