Subject: Someone as cool as me should naturally be 'King of the Ring' (RAW rp1)

**The scene fades in and we are looking through the lens of a camera backstage in the RAW arena during the broadcasting of the house show 'Wednesday War'. In shot is Rob Van Dam standing next to a RAW only interviewer Terri. As they appear on the titantron for the fans to see they let off a huge pop and cheer and chant wildly...

RVD RVD RVD RVD RVD RVD RVD RVD

...which noticably pleases RVD. Rob looks down at Terri with a smile on his face and then nods to signify the start of the interview**.

Terri: "Rob ... on the very first RAW show and in its very first aired match you pinned X-Pac 1-2-3 on the mat after pulling off your patented 5 star frog splash, how you do feel?."

RVD: "Hey I'm cool and all with it but before I get into great detail let me just say that you are hot!."

HUGE POP

Terri: "Why thankyou ... but seriously your thoughts on the match please."

RVD: "Yeah sure ... on RAW I had a big point to prove, wait make that two important points. The first was easy and that was to show everyone present that I am one of the most gifted individuals to grace the ring and in time I will be the best and sooner or later that will be proved to the world. But the second point I had to make was a lot harder to do but in the end I came through ... I proved that X-Pac suxs."

**He starts laughing and the fans start to chant again**.

X-PAC SUX X-PAC SUX X-PAC SUX X-PAC SUX

Terri: "You're obviously pleased with your performance but let me ask about how you feel about having a 'King of the Ring' qualifying match against another impressive debutant known as 'The Heartbreak Kid' Shawn Michaels?."

RVD: "He may be the heartbreak kid but he ain't no RVD. Trust me Terri, that man is passed his prime and I haven't reached mine. I'm always getting better and better and no one can stop that but Shawn is too old for this business and as he will of already noticed ... there;s a new heartbreak kid in town and thats..."

**He stops, raises his arms, clinches his fists, extends his thumbs and points at his head three times whilst saying**.

RVD: "ROB VAN DAM."

**He leans forward and gives a slow, long kiss to Terri who enjoys every moment. He walks off with a smile on his face and leaving a smile on Terri's face as well**.

~Scene goes black~
