All well and good, but have you made your own? And if so, how did they compare to the commercially processed foods?

I am asking here because I have children with a mild intolerance to wheat and certain legumes like soy, and
either grain availability or partial fermentation to
begin the digestive process is needed to reign in the allergies.

If our medical supply is going to be compromised, then we have to start at the subsistence level to build health, and food storage can either hurt or help.
